Subscription payments are made via the Przelewy24 system, which offers various payment methods, including BLIK, Apple Pay, traditional transfer, and other available options.

Can I publish expert articles on the platform?

Yes. Articles should be sent directly to blog@biznesexpert.com and the BiznesExpert.com team will publish them on the website. The number of articles you can add per month depends on the subscription plan you choose.

Yes. Using the platform is free – the client only pays the cost of the selected expert's services.

How do I change or cancel my consultation date?

Changing or canceling a consultation date is done in accordance with the booking rules set by the platform and the individual expert.

What payment methods are available to customers?

The client can only pay for the consultation by traditional bank transfer.

What happens if the consultation is canceled after I have paid?

If the expert cancels your consultation for any reason, you are entitled to a full refund 100%. The expert is obligated to return the funds within 7 business days. You will be notified of the cancellation via the platform, in accordance with the terms and conditions.

Do I need to create an account to schedule a consultation?
